  I truly can't say enough about Jean DiGrande and her team. I hit a deer on a Saturday night, sent an email asking what I should do, and got a reply from Jean about an hour later. She detailed step by step instructions for me complete with phone numbers and helpful hints. Real people pick up the phones and are informed and helpful. State Farm's agreements with body shops and auto rentals make everything very streamlined for the insured. Although I still feel horrible for hurting the poor animal, I feel lucky I was not hurt and very happy I had State Farm Insurance at Jean DiGrande's branch.

  I have been with State Farm since 1979 and with Jean DiGrande since 2005.
  She has always been extremely responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable.
  Absolutely great to work with. Highly recommend.
