  My wife and I went to breakfast at Panera Bread in Gillette, NJ. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Both of us took a bite into the sandwich only to realize that both of us received the wrong orders. A woman, who was identified by our cashier as the person in charge, came over to our table to confirm that we had received the wrong sandwiches. She said that we would both get the correct sandwiches, and for us to continue eating the ones that we received since we had a bite into it. 30 minutes later, still waiting for our correct sandwiches, I decided to inquire at the counter. The store manager (this time) indicated that the person who told us that new sandwiches would be forthcoming, was not the actual store manager (possibly a Panera district manager). Furthermore, new sandwiches were NOT forthcoming. Why post a sign conveying Panera Bread's desire for customer satisfaction, when you do not follow up on it? After debating the point with the actual store manager, she reluctantly gave us the correct sandwiches, after a 45 minute wait. That is not customer satisfaction. Poor service.
